Travel Report: Street Steel Heavy Metal Bike Gallery, Macau.

February 2018. I’m not really into motorbikes. In fact, let me revise that, I couldn’t care less. But Wonderboy LOVES them, hence I knew we’d be checking out Street Steel Heavy Metal Bike Gallery from the moment he saw the big billboard.

Jack Daniels Harley Davidson Chopper.
Street Steel lies inside Kam Kek Paradise Casino on Avenida de Amazade. The casino owner is a motorbike enthusiast who has spent his life collecting the most impressive models in the world. Interestingly, he has scattered some of these vehicles around the various floors of the casino. This one is a custom made Jack Daniels Harley Davidson Chopper.

Street Steel Heavy Metal Bike Gallery.
You can find the main collection on floor M of the casino. Each bike has an information panel detailing the machine’s dizzying stats. Lean in just a little closer to read the blurb and the security woman will start getting antsy.

Vintage 6 speed Indian Motorcycle.
Actually the machines on display here are so damn beautiful they even managed to impress apathetic old me. I particularly liked this one, a Vintage 6 speed Indian Motorcycle.
“Street Steel Heavy Metal Bike Gallery: The only motorcycle exhibition in the world 24 hours open for free!”

Chop Deville Deluxe Retro Racer.
This award-winning bike is a 2012 custom made Chop Deville Deluxe Retro Racer. At the far end of the gallery you’ll find a discreet door leading to a small studio. Inside you can have your photo taken with the bike of your choice. Certainly a nice memento if you’re really into bikes.

Street Steel: They’ve got number plates!
Street Steel is well worth at least half an hour of your time, even if like me you’re not a motorbike enthusiast. Check out Street Steel Heavy Metal Bike Gallery’s website here.
