Visit Morar: The Silver Sands.

The pretty little Scottish village of Morar lies in the Lochaber region of The Scottish Highlands. Apparently, just two hundred and fifty people live in the village itself. And yet, every year , thousands of people come to visit Morar because of the area’s stunning natural beauty.

In the summer of 2019 I was one such visitor. And while I only came on a swift day trip, I was nevertheless charmed by the sights I managed to tick off.

First I spent a few hours strolling across one of Scotland’s most beautiful beaches. Moreover, I got to see an incredibly handsome church and its neighbouring cemetery. The final resting place of several notable British figures.
